What a fun 76th Adairville Strawberry Festival!

After ten weeks of distilling in all weather conditions, B.H. James Distillers created 34 gallons of 106.4 Proof Kentucky Grit Corn Whiskey, now part of Batch 3 of Burton James Whiskey, with a limited release planned for the 75th Adairville Strawberry Festival in May.

Despite harsh weather conditions, the Grand Opening of B.H. James Distillers in Adairville, KY was a resounding success, with a bustling distillery full of guests eager to sample the freshly bottled spirits and support owner Shawn McCormick's new venture.

With a giant pair of scissors, Shawn McCormick officially opened B.H. James Distillers in Adairville, KY, celebrating his decade-long dream alongside family, community leaders, and neighbors, who enjoyed samples and mini-cocktails of the new distillery's products.

With a discerning palate, Chief Quality Inspector Bella gives her nod to Batch 1 of Burton James Uniquely American Whiskey, raising curiosity about what makes this inaugural blend worthy of her high standards, just in time for the Grand Opening in Adairville, KY on November 5, 2022.
